Te Hautonga Kapa Haka Kura Tuarua Regional competition for Ōtākou and Murihiku is later on in the year this year. This meant that our season was much longer than usual and even though we'd be working solidly since January we still had to keep the wairua in the group up.

We decided that we needed a boys/girls night where in their groups they could have a bit of fun and let their hair down. We started the night together down at Laser Force for a few games of laser tag and fish and chips. After a few hearty games of laser tag and Bow Tag and a feed of Fish and Chips, the girls left for Whaea Angelina's out at Sawyers Bay and the boys headed to Whaea Gemma's in Mosgiel.

Both groups had a late night, the girls played a few games and boys played Xbox.

The next morning we all met together at Whaea Ange's for breakfast.
